Planfarm Advisory utilise 5 decades of experience in farm advisory to advance your farming enterprise.

Planfarm Advisory offers the following services:

  • Financial management: evaluating all your business finances and budget preparation/recommendations.
  • Enterprise analysis: analysing and comparing the profitability of the various farm enterprises.
  • Conducting audits: auditing your farm business performance in relation to industry standards.
  • Preparing reports: mid-year, end-of-season and as required.
  • Lease and purchase recommendations: a thorough inspection and deep dive into lease and purchase options as opportunities present themselves. 
  • Succession planning: facilitation of this unique and individual process, including personalised advice on approaching succession planning and the impacts on the farm businesses’ long-term sustainability.

Planfarm Advisory clients also receive additional monthly learnings and perspectives from our specialists through our complimentary newsletters.

Our Farm Business Advisers study, devise and educate our farming clients’ businesses.  They advise our farmers of the benefits of partnering with Planfarm Advisory in accordance with the Planfarm Advisory process, including ongoing vision and goal setting, business analysis, providing advice on future opportunities for business growth, developing a business plan and measuring success.

Advisory 

Planfarm Advisory is based in Western Victoria. Planfarm Advisory is focused on the whole of Southeast South Australia, including Victoria and South Australia, as well as the Southern NSW region. Our Advisory is an independent business that gives growers the best opportunity to maximise their farming enterprise.

Our Farm Business Advisers analyse, strategise and take actions that will immediately demonstrate the benefits of partnering with Planfarm Advisory in accordance with the Planfarm Advisory process: vision and goal setting, business analysis, providing insight, developing a plan and measuring success.

THE LEE FAMILY

and Grain Marketing services.

We’ve been with Planfarm for 20 plus years and in that time they’ve guided and analysed every critical decision made in the business.
